ART Grand Prix is delighted to announce that Victor Martins will return to the team in 2022, this time racing behind the wheel of their Formula 3 car.
Victor was Formula Renault champion in 2020 whilst racing under the colors of ART Grand Prix and, after a remarkable first year in F3 last season, the young Frenchman, will return to ART GP to spearhead their campaign to secure both the Driver and Teams Championship titles.
Victor Martins:
“I am very happy to be able to collaborate with ART Grand Prix once again, this time for the 2022 FIA F3 Championship, following on from a 2020 season that was filled with common successes. I am excited for this opportunity and to start this new adventure together. Our goals are big, and we are ready to achieve them. I have already done a lot of work this winter to start the season well prepared from the first few laps behind the wheel. I can’t wait to get back in the car!”.
Sébastien Philippe:
“We are delighted that Victor returns to the team. He has great qualities as a driver and of a man that were beneficial to us during the Formula Renault Team and Driver title in 2020. We have followed his progress very closely, last year. In 2022 we are hoping to harness both ART Grand Prix and Victor’s full potential so we can put our names on the Formula 3 charts”.
