ART Grand Prix is delighted to confirm that Aurélia Nobels will complete its driver lineup for the second F1 Academy season. Born in the USA, Aurélia grew up in Brazil, where she made her debut in karting. She reached the top international level in 2020 and 2021, participating in the European and World Championships, as well as in the ‘Champions of The Future’.
Aurélia continued her evolution by competing in the Brazilian Formula 4 championship in 2022 and making two appearances in Europe, specifically in Spain and Denmark. The following year, after winning the ‘Girls on Track – Rising Stars’ program organized by the ‘FIA Women in Motorsport Commission,’ she joined the Ferrari Driver Academy and completed a full season in F4 Italy and the new Euro 4 championship.
Aurélia Nobels:
“I’m honoured to join ART Grand Prix this year. F1 Academy is an important step forward for my career and I’m motivated to do my best. I will be one of the youngest females on the track – it gives me an extra boost of motivation. I want to thank everybody for making this happen.”
Sébastien Philippe:
“Aurélia is still very young, but she has shown her determination by racing on several continents and adapting to the European system. She is racing in the F4 UAE this winter, which will enable her to be in top form from the start of the F1 Academy season. The step is high, but it’s the kind of challenge ART Grand Prix likes to tackle to help young drivers build their careers.”
