ART Grand Prix is delighted to announce the addition of Alessandro Giusti to its European Regional Formula Championship by Alpine (FRECA) team. At the age of 12, Alessandro spent three years in karting before pursuing his young career in single-seaters, where he finished more than a third of his races on the podium. In 2023, the young French driver made a strong debut in the FRECA after being crowned French Formula 4 Champion the previous year. He finished in 6th place, with the third-highest number of wins on the grid.
Alessandro Giusti:
“I’m delighted to be joining such a professional team as ART Grand Prix, whose track record speaks for itself. We built up momentum during the winter test sessions and I quickly developed a very good feeling within the team. In 2024, our objective is clear: we must aim for the title. This winter I’m going to pull out all the stops in my physical and mental preparation to get to the top of my game right from the first race.”
Sébastien Philippe:
“We followed Alessandro’s progress closely throughout last season, when he was one of the fastest drivers both on a lap and in a race. During our off-season testing, Sandro quickly found his feet with the team, and his feedback matched our expectations perfectly. 2024 will be an important year for him and for ART Grand Prix, and we will do our best to achieve our aims.”
